At Unearthing Common Ground we offer a non-judgemental, protected space for sole traders, small businesses or individuals to explore the issues that are most important to you, whether that is around how your business is operating or what is challenging you personally such as changes in circumstances or work life balance.
We are curious, kind and interested in what inspires you. We want to help you make the most of your business and personal life.
Our experience
We have accumulated a wealth of experience throughout our careers, particularly in mental health, and want to share our strength with others.
Our vision is to offer practical ideas through business consultancy, coaching and culture change programmes. We want to create a space where small business owners can receive individual help but also connect, help, and support each other.
We know things sometimes difficulties run a little deeper, and also offer individual therapy.
We hope to learn and grow together, finding ways to develop each other, build helpful relationships and find natural connections.

About us
We first started working closely together during the pandemic and like many people began to think about the world and our place in it. On lockdown walks, we discovered we had many shared interests and ideas which sparked us to think about starting a business where curiosity and pragmatic support could really add value.
Our offer isn’t off the shelf, we meet, we talk and we explore. We are interested in the personal aspects of your life that connect to your business, because that is why you do it… and that is why we want to help.
